Promoted by Impes Service in collaboration with Adecco, the third edition of the Impes Service Academy dedicated to the training of Industrial Electricians has come to an end. The Academy is a project created with the aim of training professional figures ready to respond to the concrete needs of our industrial sector, representing an answer to the employment difficulties of the territory.
Over the years, this tool has already made it possible to train and introduce into the corporate workforce and the world of work many young talents from the area; a clear demonstration that there are those who continue to choose to invest in young people and their potential.
The collaboration between two entities of primary importance in their respective sectors was fundamental: Impes Service on the one hand, with its professionalism and know-how recognized worldwide, and a multinational company like Adecco, a leader in the recruiting sector and in solutions dedicated to workers and companies.
Ten young people from Lucania chose to put themselves to the test, tackling with enthusiasm and motivation a course in which the theoretical assumptions were accompanied by an important practical activity. This allowed them to learn and grow professionally day by day, going through different training steps and passing numerous tests and assessments, carried out continuously along the training path.
President Francesco Somma together with personnel director Franco Loperfido and production manager Giuseppe Russano strongly wanted and supported this project to which colleagues Francesco Nuzzolese and Giovanni Di Noi made important contributions.
Special mention should be given to Orazio Pizzolla and all the teachers who were able to create awareness and the right climate according to a team building logic and with priority attention to safety in the workplace. Impes Service provided the project with high-profile technical and managerial figures, they demonstrated all their value by transferring skills and dedication that enriched the experience of the participants, contributing significantly to their work and personal growth.
The results and skills acquired by the trainees were a great source of pride and a valid certificate that certified the work done and the commitment made by all. The broadening of the technical background of the students was visible on a daily basis as, on the other hand, was the passion and desire to get involved, to continuously improve and to face and overcome difficulties, with the goal of becoming part of the large Impes family.
After this initial approach, the students will soon face a fundamental test: their first direct contact with a real construction site. The goal is to enable each one to find his or her professional identity and prepare to enter the working world permanently, proudly carrying on the values of a company that has represented its territory for 40 years!
